"I've never actually been to this location, only called to ask a question. Was planning on taking my son there for a cut - until the girl who answered the phone was SO UNBELIEVABLY rude - zero customer service. You would think it would be important to have someone greeting potential clients with idk, a little less bitch and a little more sunshine?!?!- I almost called back to speak to someone else and ask if the stick up her ass was as big as I was imagining it to be - instead, I took my son somewhere else, where we felt welcomed and comfortable. Good luck with that miserable person representing your business."

"Took my brother in for a haircut, as this is the place we ALWAYS go to. One of the girls working there, her name starts with a D, I think it's Danielle, who's tall with short brown hair (and thinks she's all that), was completely rude and had the worst customer service. She was super nice and welcoming to all the guys in the room, but I guess other women intimidate her. When she called his name, I walked up to her with my brother to tell her what he wanted done. Didn't even acknowledge me one bit, and stormed off. So, I followed him back and asked what he got last time. She said "He hasn't been here since 2015" which is completely false because we take him there once a month, but ok. As I start telling her what he wants, she cuts me off and tells me that that's not what he wants, I'm wrong, and that he himself can tell me. So, I walked away and figured, well, I guess she knows him better than I do . Then, when it came time to checkout, there was no way in hell I was about to buy anything from her. So I said, "Nope. We're good". She then probably realized how bitchy she was being and proceeded to tell me that "See, his hair looks good. Guys hair is confusing, it took me a long time to learn it." Okay girl, you're right. You're the pro working at Sports Clips. I wanted to tip $0 for the poor customer service, but unfortunately, that wasn't an option."

"I've been coming here for years . All the the employees do an awesome job and taper hair perfectly . They even ask you as they work if this is right , would like to go shorter , etc . I followed one of the employees to this location after she left great clips ( Danae ) . Sports Clips is an amazing difference , very professional staff . - Mike Rogers"
