First time at Sport Clips and I was very impressed. I loved the app feature to check in and they message you when you are up next. I was greeted by Candice and she knew right away what I was looking for. She did an amazing job!

I'm a loyal customer with Double MVP Cards to prove it. But, I was terribly disappointed with the atmosphere today on my first Covid19 visit back. Yes, all the girls had masks around their necks but several treated them as merely a nuisance (pulling them down off their faces in between customers and wearing them improperly below their noses when cutting hair) rather than a safety measure for customers. And none of them wore gloves! Sport Clips can and should do better! The danger isn't over and I won't be back until it's over or Sport Clips mandates appropriate changes to your policies.

My first experience was awesome. Shai cut my hair and also taught me a lot about my hair.
